Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

All information provided within Workshop and Mentoring will be confidential.

Refunds & Cancellations

WORKSHOPS

Tickets to Workshops are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend and need to cancel, your ticket may be resold to another attendee, and your place will be forfeited. Refunds will not be provided if you purchase a ticket, but do not attend.

MENTORSHIP

If you receive 1:1 support and have already had your session, it is non-refundable. However, if you have yet to receive support and no longer wish to receive support, you may be viable for a refund if you don’t prefer to reschedule your support date. An admin fee will be retained, and the remainder will be refunded upon banking details provided for the recipient

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

WORKSHOPS

We highly recommend all attendees to hold valid Public Liability Insurance before attending our workshop events, as well as insurance to protect yourself and your kit. Storme Education is not liable for any damage to your person or equipment.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 

Prices for our services and products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
